I provide construction cost estimating and bid support services to general contractors, developers, and project teams across the United States and Canada. I support both government and private-sector projects by delivering accurate quantity takeoffs, pricing analysis, proposal cost volumes, and compliance-aligned documentation for RFPs, IFBs, and RFQs. My expertise covers pre-bid support, change order pricing, subcontractor coordination, and project cost control from bid award through closeout. I work as an extension of project and proposal teams, helping reduce pricing risk, improve bid accuracy, and support confident decision-making.
